We are thrilled to announce that, effective 1st July 2023, TLS Safety Solutions and Read Consulting Group will merge, to form an unparalleled partnership under our new company, Continu Risk Management.
This merger represents a significant milestone for both our organisations, as it combines our strengths, expertise, and resources to better serve your needs. You will continue to work with your current consultant, and they will discuss any additional services available which you may be interested in or benefit from. We will work with you to update any existing agreements in place however rest assured, there are no changes to your current service levels.

TLS Safety Solutions’ Founder and Director is Tania Stone. Tania’s goal is to help businesses understand how they can simply and effectively implement workplace health and safety processes.
Tania’s approach includes coaching people to understand why safety is important, and how processes can be improved to ensure both people and your business are protected from exposure to risks. Through consultation with personnel at all levels, Tania works to gain a complete understanding of all aspects of your business so she can develop processes that are easy to understand and effective to implement and use.

Founder and Director of Read Consulting Group, Richard Read is a dedicated and passionate risk management professional who brings a wealth of experience in services such as Farm & Commercial Safety Audits, WHS Management Systems, and Policies and Procedure implementation & review across the Agriculture, Commercial Business, and Healthcare sectors.
He approaches risk management with a sense of practicality, education, and effectiveness aimed at providing sustainable solutions and long-lasting relationships with his clients.
