RCG is back for 2021, we have actually been working with several clients the last couple of weeks.

If you managed a break from work over December/January well done. If you were required to work through, we hope you have some time booked off shortly.

Whilst 2020 saw border restrictions make it difficult to visit some clients when required. We are confident this year we will have much better access across all states.

2021 WHS Goals & Objectives

In discussions with several clients towards the end of 2020 and the start of this year, the below lists several goals & objectives they have identified for 2021.

  • Aim to reduce injuries which may seriously disrupt the lives of their workers and contractors.

  • Reduce Lost Time Injury days and/or absences from work operations.

  • Identify improvement areas which will allow the business to continuously improve the way risks are identified and successfully managed.

  • Ensure business goals include a healthier, safer and more productive workplace through improvements to their WHS management.

HR Objectives and Goals

  • Ensure employment agreements are up to date and signed off for all workers

  • Award pay rates meet legislative requirements

  • Harmonious workplace and avoid bullying and harassment claims which can be time consuming and disruptive to resolve.
